A trained Tabla player, known to experiment with sounds, he loves to travel and learn about folk instruments that make local music sound the way it is. From an Australian aboriginal Didgeridoo to a Chhattisgarhi flute and from a Melodica to a Ghumatt, Kartik plays a whole lot of instruments. With over 20+ solo performances across music festivals, he confesses that he has now started pursuing music more seriously. He is also a part of a couple of tribal folk bands, Talashastra and The Band With No Name.
